Ann Pakula

I grew up in a large family in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.  Being the youngest child of five children, I learned at a young age to work hard for what I wanted.  My parents taught me a good work ethic and that any success I wished to achieve needed to come from me and to not rely on anyone else.

After graduating from The Ohio State University, I spent 14 years in Chicago and New York City working in the Brokerage business.  Working in equity trading, I learned quickly how to multi-task and execute for my clients in a very fast paced environment.  Between working on a Nasdaq trading desk during the internet craze of the late 1990’s and witnessing the tragedy of 9/11, my time working in investments was an experience I will never forget. When I got married in 2002 I moved to Yardley Borough and became an active member of the community.   To this day, I still live in the same home and do what I can to make our home and community a perfect setting to raise my two children.  I spent seven years as a stay at home mother raising my thirteen year old son, James and my eleven year old daughter, Allison.  Once they were both in elementary school, I joined the work force again.

I have been with Coldwell Banker Hearthside since the fall of 2013.  I love working in real estate.  Helping people find a house that they can call home is priceless.  Selling or purchasing a home can be a daunting experience and I am here to make this transition as seamless as possible.  I am an ethical, eager, and trustworthy person who would love to assist you in your real estate needs.
