BYERS' CHOICE HOLIDAY DISPLAY

Hundreds of Carolers and Kindles are on display in heartwarming vignettes. As you enter The Olde Curiosity Shoppe, Carolers can be seen completing their Christmas shopping, skating on a frozen mill pond and acting out holiday traditions from around the world. Another surprise is a trip to the North Pole, with the Kindles inhabiting every nook and cranny. From finishing last-minute toys to baking Christmas cookies to packing Santa's sleigh, the Kindles are always striking just the right balance between work and fun at the holidays. This vision of Santa's workshop is just what every child imagines, complete with gingerbread houses, lots of snow, and even some Kindles sneaking off to the ski slopes! The Byers' Choice Christmas Museum is a journey to Dickensian England with its life-sized London street scene and shop windows dressed for the holidays.

Shady Brook Farm’s HOLIDAY LIGHT SHOW

Experience the magic of more than 3 million lights illuminating acres of farmland at Shady Brook Farm’s Holiday Light Show! Encounter whimsical displays and familiar characters as you drive through in the comfort of your own car or enjoy the show on an open-air wagon ride (weather permitting). The two-mile trail takes about 20 min. to drive through if you’re taking your time to enjoy the sights

A VERY FURRY CHRISTMAS at Sesame Place®

Annual Crossing Reenactments
Washington’s Crossing Historic Park

Held every year on Christmas Day at 1 p.m. at the location of Washington’s Delaware River crossing is a reenactment of the treacherous crossing itself! If you are unable to make it on Christmas Day, attend the dress rehearsal. The park will be decked out in period wreaths, candles and holiday trees

The North Pole Express & Santa’s Steam Spectacular
New Hope & Ivyland Railroad

Sip hot chocolate and enjoy a freshly baked cookie while singing along with the railroad’s roaming musicians as they play Christmas carols on these two rides. Meet with Santa on the steam locomotive pulling Santa’s Steam Spectacular and share your Christmas wishes with him. The North Pole Express offers similar amenities but is pulled by a vintage diesel locomotive instead. Gear up in pajamas and enjoy the relaxing holiday ride either first class or coach through historic Bucks County.

40th Annual Holiday Festival of the Trees
Pearl S. Buck House

the rooms of the Pearl S. Buck House in Perkasie come to life with the incredible glow of holiday decor. Tickets are required for the tours, which showcase trees and vignettes designed by local artists, decorators and community groups. This National Historic Landmark is the perfect setting to ring in the holiday season.
