The 1st weekend of March is here and there are fun events all over Bucks County to enjoy this weekend. From a Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Run at Washington Crossing Historic Park to a Not-So-Silent Cinema presentation of Charlie Chaplin films!
The talented musicians of Not-So-Silent Cinema are visiting the Bucks County Playhouse to perform original scores to classic Charlie Chaplin silent films. Join the Raven this Sunday for a viewing party of the Oscars, with plenty of drink specials to keep the party going throughout the night! Visit the Washington Crossing Historic Park for their Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup Run, promising a fun trail with great post-race cuisine! Not-So-Silent Cinema: Charlie Chaplin Short Films with Live Music
Visit the Bucks County Playhouse as the folks of Not-So-Silent Cinema present classic Charlie Chaplin films set to new original scores performed live! Watch talented musicians breathe new life into Chaplin’s unparalleled slapstick comedy films.

Magical & Real: Henriette Wyeth and Peter Hurd, A Retrospective at the Michener Art Museum
The James A. Michener Art Museum is unveiling Magical & Real: Henriette Wyeth and Peter Hurd, A Retrospective, an exhibition examining the work of Wyeth and Hurd’s work since 1967. The married couple’s individual artistic careers are thoughtfully examined in this new collection.

Tower Tour for Families at Fonthill Castle
Take a one-hour tour of Henry Mercer’s castle starting in the basement and climbing all the way to the tower. Children and parents can explore areas not normally seen in regular tours, including the Kitchen, Morning Room, Wind Room, as well as the top terrace.

A Lecture-In-Song at the Michener Art Museum
Join the Michener for another in the extensive series of Lectures-in-Song, drawn from the Great American Songbook, Broadway, Hollywood, Tin Pan Alley, and traditional American folksong. The museum welcomes pianist Fred Miller to lead this weekend’s lecture performances. Reservations are required.
