This weekend in Bucks County go and get in the autumn spirit with a trip to the pumpkin patch, explore the Bucks County BookFest, and see Rocky Horror Picture Show in its opening weekend at the Bucks County Playhouse. There are so many ways to enjoy the fall season in Bucks County.

Haunted Halloween Event

Ready for a fright? When this train leaves the safety of the station, you are tossed into the hands of the unknown. Creatures onboard the train are sure to frighten the strongest of heart and test the nerve of all passengers.

Cocktails At The Castle

Crime Of Thrones Murder Mystery Dinner

Horrorfest

The Rocky Horror Show

A classic return to the Bucks County Playhouse! Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show, a musical that inspired the 1975 classic cult film, “The Rocky Horror Picture Show,” follows innocent couple Brad and Janet as they seek shelter at a mysterious old castle on a dark and stormy night. Given the nature of the subject matter, we recommend audiences no younger than 17.

The Soul Cruisers Live

Over the past 25 years, the Soul Cruisers have been fortunate enough to grace the stage with many great artists from Bruce Springsteen, The Imperials, Bon Jovi, Smokey Robinson and Stevie Wonder. As well as being the longtime favorite house band at New York City’s famed Copacabana. See them in Bucks County this weekend!

Bucks Fever Film Crawl

Hellerlick’s Fall Festival

It’s time for some good ol’ fashioned fun on the farm! Explore this 18-acre farm, which includes over 45 activities for children and adults. Take a hayride, get lost in the corn maze and try your hand at pumpkin bowling!

Answering the Call: Bristol's First Responders Exhibit

Emergency service organizations within Bristol Borough have a long history of assisting those in times of crisis. Learn about the distinguished histories of the Borough’s fire companies, the Bristol Borough Police Department, the Bucks County Rescue Squad, and other emergency personnel. See antique fire equipment and discover what happens in the “day in the life” of these professionals. Families with young children are encouraged to visit the kid’s corner in the exhibit and dress up as their favorite first responder!

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 13

Pumpkinfest

Bring the kiddos for a day down on the farm that they’ll never forget! The Shady Brook Fall Fest is chock full of fun and adventure. Find the perfect pumpkin, explore the 5-acre corn maze, and so much more. For one low admission price, come for the day and stay into the evening at PumpkinFest After Dark.

Haunted New Hope Photo Walk

Grab your camera, iPhone, or Polaroid: Visit Bucks County will be hosting a FREE photo walk through historic and haunted New Hope Borough! Be a tourist in your hometown, snap pictures, get some exercise and win prizes. All photography ability levels are welcome.

Harvest Celebration

Come and taste the fruits of our labor during the Bucks County Wine Trail's annual Harvest Celebration. In addition to sampling a variety of award-winning Bucks County wines, we invite guests to sample freshly pressed grape juices that have not yet fermented into wine.

Autumn Exhibition

The leaves outside may not have changed colors yet, but award-winning artists including Frank Arcuri, Dot Bunn, Katharine Krieg, Janine Dunn Wade and many more, will feature their fall-inspired landscape and still-life paintings at this Autumn Exhibition.

Scarecrows in the Village

The Count's Halloween Spooktacular
